Returns of failed goods

Return or exchange: Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, unless we previously agreed, especially in case of a manifest mistake from our side, or in case of defective product.
Before returning any product, buyer must obtain a written return authorization from B2B GRIFFATI. No returns of any type will be accepted without such prior authorization. Products defective due to mishandling are not accepted for credit or exchange. Please note that we have a 10-day return policy.
After this delay, we will not responsible anymore for the reclamations.
